Return Policy

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags attached.

Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Sale Items

Store Credit Only

Returns on discounted (sale) items are eligible for store credit only — refunds to the original payment method are not available for sale purchases. Store credit does not expire.

Non-Returnable Items

Items without original tags or that have been worn
Items returned after the 30-day return window
Hygiene products (e.g. bidets) once opened
